Terms and Conditions

By browsing this website, including viewing or making any purchases, you  are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which govern a relationship between you and Saxon Archery in relation to this website.

The term 'Saxon Archery' or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website.

The content of the pages of the Saxon Archery website are for your general information and use only, and is therefore always subject to change without notice.

We do not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You therefore acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

Any unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of New Zealand

Returns and Refunds

If you change your mind about a purchase:

In the event that you have changed your mind about a product purchased from us, we provide five working days from the date of order to advise us. We can accept the item(s) as a return as long as the original packaging is intact and that you meet any return freight costs. Upon receiving the returned product, it will be assessed to determine whether its condition is such that we are able to resell the item(s). If it is still sellable and in new condition, then we will issue a refund of the price you have paid for the item(s). The item(s) may be subject to a 10% administration and re-stocking fee, and any cost associated with freighting the product to you may be deducted from the refund.

Cancelling an order may incur a 5% administration fee.

If you are not satisfied with a purchase from us:

Whilst we do our best to ensure the bows we sell are of the highest quality, we also appreciate that  there is always the possibility that a product we sell doesn't meet your complete satisfaction. Therefore, if you are not happy with your purchase you may wish to return it to us.

If a product is faulty then we will liaise with you to arrange the return of the product to us. Please note that our acceptance of a package does not constitute approval of a returned item, and approval of returned merchandise is at the sole discretion of Saxon Archery  

Should a product be returned to us and a fault or damage is found to be have been caused by (but not limited to) faulty installation, misuse or abuse then no liability to repair, replace or refund shall exist on the part of Saxon Archery.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any product that is used, damaged or un-sellable for any reason.  

We have a No Return Policy on all custom or personalised orders, including custom bow orders or arrows. These may not be returned other than
to exchange due to a defective product.

If there has been any other issues with your product not covered above:

Please e-mail us immediately, and we will do our absolute best to make to make it right with you. Please however to tell us about any issues as soon as possible, and no later than 5 days from the receipt of the order.
