Returns Policy

 

If you change your mind about a purchase:

In the event that you have changed your mind about a product purchased from us, we do allow five working days from the date of order to advise us. We can then accept the item(s) as a return as long as the original packaging is intact and that you meet any return freight costs.

If you change your mind after using the product:

Whilst we cannot guarantee we will allow a return for a used item, we may be able to do so in some cases at our discretion. We do like to be fair and understand that there is the chance that a customer may want to return a product after trying it. If this is the case, please let us know as soon as possible. 

Upon receiving a returned product, it will be assessed to determine whether its condition is such that we are able to resell the item(s). If it is still sellable and in new condition, then we may be able to issue a refund of the price you have paid for the item(s). The item(s) may be subject to a 10% administration and re-stocking fee, and any cost associated with freighting the product to you may be deducted from the refund.

If you are not satisfied with a purchase from us:

Whilst we do our best to ensure the bows we sell are of the highest quality, we also appreciate that there is always the possibility that a product we sell doesn't meet your complete satisfaction. As above, if the product has very minimal use and is in re-sellable condition then we may offer a refund or part-refund at our discretion.

When purchasing from Saxon Archery you do accept that most of our items are made from natural materials, such as wood or leather, which will degrade over time and/or from frequent use. As with any natural material this is unavoidable, and Saxon Archery will not be held responsible for items that are not maintained, or degrade naturally over a reasonable time period. 

If the product is faulty:

If a product is faulty then we will liaise with you to arrange the return of the product to us as soon as possible. If confirmed to be faulty, and an alternative solution is not accepted (such as a repair or swap) then we will issue a full refund.

Please note that our acceptance of a package does not constitute approval of a returned item. Should a product be returned to us and a fault or damage is found to be have been caused by (but not limited to) faulty installation, misuse or abuse then no liability to repair, replace or refund shall exist on the part of Saxon Archery.

If you wish to return a customised order:

Unfortunately we have a 'No Return Policy' on all custom or personalised orders, including custom bow orders or arrows. These therefore may not be returned other than to exchange due to a faulty product.
